Mortgage Terms and Conditions

Does anyone have a copy of the Halifax's Terms and conditions in effect in late 1988 that accompanied the original mortgage documentation. I have a copy that they have sent me, but want to make sure that what I have got is actually the T&Cs in their original form.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
