WHO is HISA????

I saw the log of meeting, http://marp.retrogames.com/logs/12022000.txt The very funny guy "Hisa" say some stupid words,but I can not write so good English.
Who is he??
If there is an another guy whose name is "Hisa", I will change my login-name.
