Hi Leslie, The Home Repossession Page does not store personal information on anyone other than the mailing lists, which are not required to be registered with the DPC because they are not associated with any particular individual.

I do have a file of people's emails to me (and to the site) and these contain whatever personal information people choose to include in them. However, that information is not used for any commercial purpose and is not maintained in the UK. So it does not fall within the terms of the UK's Data Protection rules.
