Response to Debt Councelling Service

Sorry to be picky, but even allowing for the usual email typos, shouldn't a debt counselling service know how to spell basic words like 'counselling', 'repossessed' and have a more tangible email address? I've got 'debt' problems, but this is the only email you'll be getting from me. But like I said, I'm just picky.
