Response to Sailor Boy

This one isn't as powerful as Dark Lady by a long shot. Not too bad here, but is more typical and less original. OK, but nothing I'd stare at in a museum for more than a second or two. Dark Lady, seriously, I would stare at for several minutes. My theory? Check out the eyes and hands. None here that I can see. The background on this shot is really good, though. I can never manage simple, undistracting backgrounds in my work. And to be reeeeaaaaly picky here, the color in this photograph adds NOTHING EXCEPT ITSELF. (hows that for being picky... sorry, don't mean to sound too rough... I commend you for posting.)
