A couple things, first it is not the felt light trap that is the problem. The film does not have an anti halation backing, so the film base will act like a fiber optic device and pipe light into the cannister.(posted 8705 days ago)As to the developing, if there are NO markings of any kind, it didn't get developed. Either incorrect sequence (fix before develop) or bad developer. If they film is totally black, it could be any number of things, but you light struck the film. It could even come from poor storage of the film.
