H engine into early 99

Well I've just acquired a 1970 99 RHD - with TWO dead engines. With the offer of a complete 1984 900 that's been hit in the side - what in particular gets in the way. First glance says a dent in the bulkhead solves the water pump, but the alternator may be a problem. Other issues to be suffered are cooling, drive shafts etc. Anyone out there managed this one on the cheap yet? The 96 is gonna have to go to fund this!
