He said that the best way to make it happen is to hassle IOL/NMJ, so consider yourself hassled, and put me down for a copy.
I can even copy the CD meself if that makes it easier, and print me own sleeve notes with me old John Bull printing set. As you have a digital master of it, why not raise funds for a CD pressing by letting people like me copy it on our own CDRs for a tenner a time?
