I have just two minor comments on your Review of "Economic Puppetmasters": The Kohl-Era lasted long, but not as long as you make your readers believe. Kohl left office in 1998 after more than 16 years as head of the government. And the second half of his term (from 1990 on) he stood not on top of the West-German government but on top of the government of the united Germany.(posted 8755 days ago)Sincerely, Udo Kreickemeier . . . .
