Response to Collecting Developing Times for Delta 3200

I haven't got too much experience with this film, but made good
experience with EI 1600, dev. 10 minutes in Ilfotec HC 1+31. Ilford's
data sheet says 9 minutes, but I found the negative contrast a bit too
small. However, this adjustment is within the margin for individual
processing as stated in many data sheets.
