Does anyone have any experience of DMA

Hi,

We are trying to deal with a Repossession Shortfall claim of #38K, the Lender was Nationwide and the Solicitors they have instructed to chase us are Eversheds in Cardiff.

We were repossessed in 1994 and thought that was that, we never heard anything from Nationwide from then. At the end of January we received a letter from Eversheds informing us that the chase for a shortfall amount was on.

I am thinking of retaining Debt Management Associates to negotiate on our behalf, so has anyone out there had any experience of them?

I am working away from home and am only home every three weeks, therefore want to take any worry away from my family while I am away.
