Response to Processing 127 B&W film from a Baby Brownie.

I also got an old Box Brownie, where was a partly exposed 620 roll in it. Exposed presumably sometimes in 50's or early 60's. Does anybody have some experience of processing so old films? Is there any possibility to have some kind of image appear? Long development with plenty on antifogging added? Any suggestions? I suppose the images will not appear in history of photography books, but it would be nice to try....
