KIKO: the original intent of the ruling regarding tournament inps was to prevent someone from holding back recordings until the final day. It is not in the spirit of competition if the tournament was decided in this way. Last minute submissions are fine, but not the kind that are intended to prevent other players from answering because a player has held back a large portion of his scores until the very last minute.(posted 9495 days ago)And yes, I agree, some of the voting proposals are going too far in regards to complexity.
