Can anyone confirm if the the news item on BBC Business Lunch today that the Halifax want be chasing anyone for shortfalls that is more than 6 years old .. Will this help anyone with shortfalls with others lenders dating back to 1991 ?(posted 8892 days ago)This will be the best christmas present for all ex Halifax Customers who were repossesed in 1990-91
