Tourney 3 - What should we do with those that vote & don't play 10 games?

I know there's been some debate, but I'd like to see what you're looking for precisely here.

oh... in case you're wondering... all rulings i've said in the matter are now null and void.

The maximum number of games I'll probably allow is five.

Previously the rule was something weird on my rules page which I don't understand anymore... hehehe :)

So now my opinion stands at everyone gets 5 games, unless you voted and didn't play all of the games - then you can only vote for say... 3 or less games depending on how many you played.
