If the images on the negatives is damaged, I'm afraid you won't be able to reverse the effects. Digital restoration might help to re- create the images.(posted 8964 days ago)You can wash the negatives now to remove fixer. I've never washed 10- year old incompletely fixed film: I don't think the wash will do any further damage, but it might. Scan them first.
