Response to XL2 or VX2000

I have heard nothing about either the canon xl2 or vx2000 but Jvc has
come out with a gr-dv500 which is comparable to the sony dsr300
because it has 3 1/2 inch chips and comes with a pro lens. It sells
for 4900 and is supposedly the best mini dv camera out. I have pre
purchases one so I'll post again when it comes in to tell you if it's
worth the money.
