How do you know what relay goes where in the fuse box?

I have a 1979 Saab 900 GL. I got a fantastic deal on it. It will eventually be a nice little ride. I am having some trouble identifying the various relays and installing them into their sockets. My Chilton's really isn't informative enough to solve my problem. Anyone know of a link that has more specific information concerning the electrical system?
