Tournament #2 Rules Uploaded

I have uploaded the tentitive rules for the second tournament. Of course, now is a perfect time to argue them. Included are new rules for judging, an altercation with ties, and I guess I couple other things. I have highlited those so you can easily find them.

You can find this on the "Gameboy's Page" link in the Tournament mode of the MARP. After you click that, click "Rules - Tourney # 2" link.
