MARP Tournament - are we using a minimum game requirement?

Yes - I know - it's weird that I'm asking this question - but I have a question for yall - Pat brought it up that the minimum games requirement is in effect for this tournament - or at least that's what I'm observing - I INTENDED for this rule to go into next tournament(it's probably how I'm going to keep it) - I didn't want to have mounds of protest for changing the rules of the current tournament :) - so what do yall think? Should we put the requirement in now or later?

Should the one recording / tournament rule also go into the current tournament? See above for why I didn't put this in the current tournament...
