REALLY good digital footage demo reel

Looking for someone to show us what DV is capable of. Reel should contain interiors and be professionally lit, as if film. Lastly, this reel must be made by someone who is willing to work... if it is good enough. Footage must be originated in dv-cam, dv or hdtv. We need someone to convince us not to use film. By the way, we have a real budget.
