Irritating Maze

What's this "Irritating Maze"(irrmaze)-game? I looked all my rom- bookmarks and didn't find it anywhere. Didn't find it from gamelist.txt(m36b1) or whatsnew.txt either. There's been couple of uploads and picture looks cool, a bit marble like. So what's the story?
