Possible illegal recording in sfzch?

I noticed that WBML put up a decent recording in Street Fighter Zero. Not a bad score, but read the description, he said he used Akuma...he's a hidden character! Shouldn't that be illegal in MARP, the usage of hidden characters? (I've used cheats myself, but I only did it in Neo Cup '98 to activate a name cheat that doesn't alter gameplay) If it's not, then expect a couple Bison...er...Vega recordings in Street Fighter Zero soon. I don't mean to get you in trouble, WBML, but I knew your recording was suspicious when you mentioned Akuma...he's not usually an available character, sure he might be available in the random character option, but he's not an active character usually.
