Repossession

I moved out of my house six weeks ago after getting a suspended repossession order. My husdand had to give up work due to a long standing illness I have. I did not inform the C&G of where I have moved and intended to remove the rest of my goods from the house as soon as they re-applied to the courts for repossesion again(and hand in the keys) I came out of hospital last week and my husdand went to the house to collect the mail as he usually did once a week,only to find that without notice the c&g had been back to the courts(I presume)and repossed without notifying me. Is this legal and do I have and legal way of addressing this proiblem.
