I think there should be more uniformity in the number of syllables per line. Lines don't have to have exactly the same number of syllables, but the closer you get to that ideal, the better your poem will be ,especially if it's a short one.

There is a good site - which I cant find right now, so pls check again in a day or two, but in the meantime . . . :

rhyming dictionary ( dont be ashamed, some of the great poets used - even long ago ! )
