from Melissa (one_and_the_same@hotmail.com)
Can someone tell me what this poem is called, or where I might find the rest of it? I found it on the net somewhere, but only this piece of it, without a title.....I know it's by EDWARD S. LATHAM but what is it called??? If you know, could you PLEASE PLEASE email me? I would really appreciate it! Thanx sooooo much!

If roses were rubies And sunshine was gold I would buy us forever So we'd never get old

If rainbows were riches And water was wealth I'd spend my whole fortune To ensure our good health

If dewdrops were diamonds And emeralds were free I'd give them all up Just to have you with me

If moonlight was money And silver was rain I'd give up my kingdom Just to hold you again

If love is my bonus And time is my pay I'd spend my whole future Just to have you today. --EDWARD S. LATHAM
