Tyranid tips, 40k 3rd edition

I was reading the new 40k rulebook and I noticed that my beloved 'nids have suddenly gone a bit bad, from being the fastest army on foot, they are now one of the slowest as they are the only army which cant have any realy good fast attack, as hormogaunts/gargoyles arent all that good. Please can somebody, even if you play with space marines( not that I any thing against space marine players or any thing!)give me a few tips on playing with 'Nids in 3rd edition 40k? And heres a tip from me. Never play against Dark eldar grotesques, theyre immune to S5 or less weapons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
