Looking for info on a poem in a movie.

There was a peom read in the movie "Plain Clothes" about a cop "Nick" who goes back to school to solve a murder. In one of the scenes he reads a poem in class that is about a car (possibly by E.E. Cummings). If anyone recognizes it please tell me the name and author.
