Y2k home in Leesburg, Va.

I am living in a 4 bedroom house in Leesburg, Va. It is located on a 400 acre farm with a barn and a 2 car garage. I am currently preparing some land that I own in WVa. I am looking to get 2 seriously Y2k minded roommates to get ready for this problem and have them assist me with getting my land ready for me, my family, them, and their families. Rent is $400 a month which includes utilities. Farm animals are welcome. I have a cat and a dog to notify those suffering from allergies.
